What is your return policy?
If you receive a damaged product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery, and we will replace it for free. For a successful return pickup, we recommend keeping the item in its original condition. This includes the outer box, the MRP tags, the user manual, the warranty card, and the original accessories packaged by the manufacturer. Prior to issuing the free replacement, we may contact you to determine if the product is damaged or defective.
What is the refund policy for the returned item?
Refunds are processed within seven to fifteen business days after the returned product clears Quality Check at the Warehouse. Nevertheless, the refund is subject to the bank’s transaction and processing time after Lifelong initiates the NEFT. We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if we find evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulation that would give Lifelong a cause of action against you.
How does refund work based on the different modes of payment?
In case you used a bank account, credit card, or debit card to buy the product, the refunded amount will be credited to your bank/credit card within 7 to 10 business days after the Quality Check process is completed.
How do I return/exchange my order?
If you need to return or exchange an item, reach out to our customer care team. Call them on 9875968088 or send them an email at c[email protected]. Share your order details with them and they will do the needful.
When will my return get picked up?
When we receive a return request from you, we immediately contact our logistic partners to arrange for pick-up. After receiving your order, our Logistic partner will pick up the product within three business days. Our Logistic Partners shall make three attempts to pick up the Product/s. The return request will be considered complete if the item is not picked up on the third attempt. In that case, you can file a new Return request if you are eligible. Please contact our Customer Care team for more information. Please ensure that all items for which the request has been raised are returned as detailed above and keep the shipment ready as instructed. In the event that you fail to comply with this requirement, the return option may not be available to you in the future, which shall be entirely at the discretion of the Company.
On-line surveys
We conduct online surveys to better understand our visitors’ needs and profiles. While conducting the survey, we will let the user know how we will use his or her information when collecting it on the Internet. However, the same is not mandatory. Users understand that providing us with personal information is not a compulsion on their part, and any information they provide us is done with their consent, own free will, and desire to provide such information. Cancellation Policy
The Company reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, under situation where the Company is not able to meet the requirement of the order placed or order so placed/cancelled does not comply with the policy of the Company or order has invalid address/incorrect information or for any other reason. However, the Company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order, so cancelled, is intimated within appropriate time to the concerned person and any applicable refund for such cancellation, will be made within 90 (ninety) business days as set out in the paragraph relating to Purchases in these Terms and Conditions .
